johnny be famous: imagine dragons

on recommendation by a friend i youtubed 'on top of the world' by the unknown-to-me band, imagine dragons. what i found waiting just a couple of clicks away was my favourite new band. with a little research ive learned that this 4 piece pop-rock outfit hail from vegas and were just recently signed to interscope records. if i had to compare them to other artists id say theyre in the vein of the killers/one republic/coldplay. their first major label release 'continued silence' is a delightful little ep that will tickle your ears with pure joy. released this past valentine's day, the album has already been tracking on a few select billboard charts. the first single, 'its time' has been given a video treatment, which you can enjoy below along with the rest of the album. my favs? on top of the world, its time and demons. check it!
